FUNERAL: Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m.Wednesday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry McIntosh officiating. VISITATION: Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. MEMORIALS: Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Elizabethtown United Methodist Church. FINAL RESTING PLACE: Burial will be at Daughtery Cemetery in Bartholomew County. Mary Bell Taylor, 80, of County Road 100 West, died at 7:13 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2013, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. She was born in Brownstown December 16, 1932, the daughter of the late Thomas and Faye Alexander England. She married Paul Milburn Taylor on November 18, 1950, and he survives. Mary was a member of Elizabethtown United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, reading, as well as roller skating when she was younger. In addition to her husband, she is also survived by sons, Timothy Ray Taylor and Dennis Taylor, both of Columbus; daughters, Linda (Michael) Meyer and Brenda (Rick) Gordon, all of Columbus; grandchildren, Rich (Lesli) Gordon, Scott (Michelle) Gordon, Brent (Sara) Gordon and David (Cindy) Meyer.; and great-grandchildren, Morgan Meyer, Claudia Gordon, Logan Gordon and Sophie Gordon. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Stanley England, Fred and Roy England, and Jim and Jerry England; and sisters, Dorothy Burrell, Inez Mosier, Leona Jerrell and Betty Rose England.
