Mary Jean Rudzinski (Sementino) of Columbus, Indiana passed away while surrounded by her loving family on August 14, 2017 in Indianapolis. She was born January 28, 1969 in Rochester, New York, and earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton and a Master of Social Work from Ohio State University. Mary Jean was passionate about many causes in her community. She served as the president of the Mom’s Club, an officer of the PTO of L. Frances Smith Elementary, a cheerleading coach, and a social worker for Fresenius Medical Care. With her electric smile and warm personality, Mary Jean touched the lives of everyone she met and leaves behind countless wonderful memories in the hearts of her family and friends. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Columbus and served as a volunteer teacher of Children’s Faith Formation classes for many years. Mary Jean’s most cherished role was as the mother of three children, Kevin Rudzinski of Bloomington, Indiana; Jake Rudzinski also of Bloomington and Rachel Rudzinski of Columbus. She is survived by her husband, Randall Rudzinski of Columbus, Indiana; her parents, Donald and Claire Sementino of The Villages, Florida; her brother, Dominic Luke Sementino of Rochester, New York; and her mother and father in law, Dolores and Bob Rudzinski of Bowling Green, Kentucky as well as a large and loving extended family.

  4. I worked at Salin Bank and Mary Jean come in and I waited on her. This breaks my heart. She was a wonderful person. Prayers for her family during this time.
