Mrs. Weeks held a variety of positions as an English teacher and educational consultant. She was a passionate lover of Arabian horses and Staffordshire Bull terriers. She was a grammarian of the first order. She was actively involvedin volunteering with the Indiana Arabian Horse Club, the Indiana Saddle HorseAssociation, the Hoosier Ladies Aside, and the Pyramid Society. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Born March 23, 1947, Mrs. Weeks was the daughter of Dr. Bill and Molly Wissman. She married Dr. Michael Weeks on April 28, 1979 in Columbus, Indiana. Survivors include her husband Michael and her children Chuck Wells, Sabra Weeks,Chris Weeks, and Lara Boggess, as well as her sisters Anne Hudson and Sabra Beck Navarro. She also had 6 grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her beloved Arabian horses Molly and Summer and her Staffordshire Bull Terriers Jack and Phat. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Bill Wissman. Funeral Information MEMORIAL SERVICE: A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12th at the Abe Martin Lodge in the Allison Peabody Room in Brown County State Park.
