Melody L. Estes

VISITATION: 2:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Cremation is planned and entombment will be at Garland Brook Cemetery at a late date. Melody L. Estes, 56, of North Vernon, died at 10:05 a.m. Dec. 16, 2014, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Survivors include her mother, Carol (Adams) Bowling of Columbus; daughters, Melissa (Bill) Francis of South Bend and Julie (David) Alley of Columbus; stepsons, Ronald D. (Donna) Estes Jr. and Donald L. Estes, both of Columbus; stepdaughter, Sylvia (Donnie) Clark of Columbus; brother, Jimmy Parrigin of Columbus; sister, Shawna (Brian) Lowe of Brown County; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dean Estes Sr.; and her father, James P. Parrigin.
