Michael R. Henderson, 69, of Cessna Drive, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at his residence. Michael served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a hard worker and worked for many years as a truck driver. He liked fishing, being outdoors, working on cars, and was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved all of his family and his pickup truck. Michael is survived by his companion; Linda Green Henderson of Columbus; two sons, John (Kathy Morin) Palmer of Columbus and Jay Palmer of Columbus; brothers, Steve (Linda) Henderson of Columbus, Eric (Betty) Henderson of Westport; sister, Kay (Larry) Mayes of Atlanta; several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
