Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I am truly sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. Mike was a tremendous mentor, boss and friend. I’ll never forget the time I was very ill and off work for a number of weeks. He insisted on coming to my house to mow our yard, do any repairs, etc.
Our trip to Nashville, TN to a Civil War relic show is another memory I’ll cherish. Mike was so excited to hold a Colt revolving rifle. He was shaking when the dealer handed it to him!
I know he was so proud of his children, and I know you will miss your father. He always shared what was happening in your lives.
    Again, my condolences.

    • Prayers to your family. Mike was a great man. He was the best boss I ever had. He taught me many things as his administrative assistant. He taught me how to be strong, be loyal and to believe in myself and have a strong work ethic. I thought of him often after my career at Toyota. I pray for comfort and peace for your family.

    • Prayers to your family. I worked with Mike at Toyota. I always enjoyed working with him and having conversation. When I’d see him outside of work after he retired from Toyota, we always had a nice time catching up with one another. The video was very nice.

  2. Beautiful video. It was a privilege to have him as a neighbor. Willing to help out and be there and to stop to have a brief chat with. You be missed Mike.

  3. Really liked the video! I worked with your dad at Toyota and I appreciated working with him! Although I was older he had more managerial experience and he was always kind enough to give me much needed help and advice! He will be missed greatly.
