Dickey, 71, of South Stratton Court, went to be with the Lord on May 1, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Nancy was born January 16, 1946, in Columbus, the daughter of Howard and Lois Carmichael Coles. She married Dempsey G. 'Gene' Dickey November 15, 1963, and he preceded her in death February 7, 2013. She graduated in 1964 from Columbus High School. Nancy dedicated her life to her children and grandchild. She loved the Lord with all her heart. She loved her cat Cali and was so excited to see the Cubs win the world series. Survivors include her son, Todd (Lisa) Dickey of Columbus; a daughter, Teresa Dickey Eikenbary of Columbus; and a granddaughter, Heather Dickey. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gene; and two brothers, Vincent and Brad Coles.
