Born in Clark County June 9, 1944, Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of Otis and Nancy Annabelle McGill Kirtley. She married James Curtis Jackson Nov. 7, 1964. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Stacy (Dennis) Prior of Columbus; a brother, Otis Kirtley Jr. of Pekin, IN; and a grandchild, Kendall Prior. She was preceded in death by her parents.
