She was a member of Community Church of Columbus.

Norma came into our lives over 30 years ago which was a wonderful blessing for our father and the rest of the family. A nicer person would be hard to find. Her love for animals, especially small pouty dogs, was huge and she wanted to bring each and every one of them she saw home with her. After our father’s death in 1997 she moved to Columbus and brightened the lives of many people there. Although slowed down by medical problems during the past several years, her faith and kind spirit always shone through the pain. I will miss her greatly and I send my thanks to the many people in Columbus who welcomed her into your community. Kevin Kelley, Rogue River, Oregon
Norma was a welcome addition to the Kelley family and I am proud to call her my stepmother. I will miss her and never forget her wry wit, warm laugh, and tender heart. Norma was quick to lend an ear or shoulder, send a supportive note, or extend a helping hand to those in need – whether human or critters of some higher species. It is wonderful to know that she was supported by so many good friends throughout her life’s journey, most particularly her dear partner, Bill. Wishing all of Norma’s friends and family peace and comfort in the days ahead.
Dearest Norma, I will forever be grateful for the many emails we exchanged and for all the kind words you so willingly shared with me. I am grateful for the time you spent with my father. I know that he will forever love you with all his heart. I know that you will forever love him with all your heart too. I will keep your kindnesses with me for as long as I live. I am grateful that you allowed me to be part of your life. Thank you for the friendship you shared with me. My love goes with you as you take this journey. You will be missed. Chris
