Patricia J. Dillman

Patricia Dillman, 87, passed at 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, August 31 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Patricia was born in Monticello, Indiana on May 1, 1938, the daughter of Max and Margaret Shields Myers Chelf. She was raised in Bloomington, Indiana where she graduated from Bloomington High School. She married Donald Dillman on August 11, 1956. Patricia and Donald moved to Columbus in 1967 where they owned and operated Dillman Heating and Air Conditioning. Patricia was a life-long member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her children, Dan (Jennifer) Dillman of Columbus, and Diane (Jim) Ragsdale of Indianapolis, grandchildren Brett (Emily) Ragsdale, Kyle (Kelsie) Ragsdale, Eric (Sara) Ragsdale, Tate Dillman, Blake (Anna Katherine) Dillman, great-grandchildren Reagan Ragsdale, Kaden Ragsdale, Reid Ragsdale, Kynslie Ragsdale, Kyper Ragsdale, Remi Ragsdale, Reese Ragsdale, and Rhodes Ragsdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sister, Jacquelyn Myers Hendricks. There will be a visitation Friday, September 5, 4-7 p.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, 2855 25th Street, Columbus, and the funeral on Saturday, September 6 at Jewell-Rittman with visitation one hour prior to the service at 12 p.m. Lee Wildman will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Florida College through the funeral home.
