Patrick E. “PK” Kelley, 76, formerly of Marion, Indiana, passed away May 24, 2019 at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Columbus, where he was a resident the past 4 years. Patrick was born October 24, 1942 in Marion, the son of Earl and Doris Williams Kelley. He joined the Marion Fire Department in 1971, retiring in 2004. Pat had many friends and loved his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his children Jeff E. (Tisa) Kelley of Fishers; Staci (Mark) Lewis of Louisville, Kimberly K. Kelley of Columbus; 3 grandchildren, Seth Tilley, Allie Castillo, and Kaitlyn Kelley; a great-grandson Samuel Tilley; a brother Mike (Diane) Kelley of Marion; a niece Jennifer (Tim) Becker of Elwood, Indiana; as well as his ex-wife Stephanie (Kenny) Ollis of Columbus. Cremation services are planned and a Celebration of Pat’s life will take place at a later date in Marion. An announcement regarding the date and time will be announced at a later date. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Saddened to hear the news. I have been away from Marion for many years, but will always remember the good times Pat, his brother Mike, and I had as members of the Indiana Army National Guard. He was a great guy and I was sorry to read that he has been sick for so long. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
