FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday September 19, 2018OFFICIATING CLERGY: Pastor Chuck KennedyPLACE OF SERVICE: Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral HomeVISITATION: 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home Patrick Michael Avenatti, age 45, of Columbus, IN passed away unexpectedly Saturday September 15, 2018 at 5:20 a.m. at Columbus Regional Hospital. Patrick was a beloved husband, son, father, brother, uncle and friend. He was well known for his fun-loving and gregarious spirit and selfless nature. Patrick was an enthusiast for life, and pursued many hobbies. He was a member of the Small Town Jeep Club and loved off-roading his Jeep with friends at various parks around the state. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and enjoyed camping and fishing.  He truly valued spending time with his family and friends, and could always be found smiling or laughing. Patrick was employed as a supervisor at NTN and had previously worked at Aisin.    Patrick is survived by his wife, Abby (Boles) Avenatti whom he married June 13, 2012. He is also survived by his parents, Lee and Judi (Weir) Avenatti of Clinton, IN; a daughter, Alexyss Avenatti of Eminence, IN; sons, Garrett (Breanna Burkman) Acton and Ethan Kopf, all of Columbus, IN; a sister, Cassandra (Gipsy) Avenatti of Indianapolis and brothers, Chris (Jamie) Avenatti of Clinton, IN and Davey (Kelly) Avenatti of Lebanon, IN. Patrick also leaves behind his beloved Rottweiler puppy, Maximus, and a large network of loving friends and extended family. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandparents Donald Weir and Wilhelmine Nall, and Davey and Patricia Avenatti.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday September 19, 2018 at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.   2. I am so sorry for you loss. Patrick was a very likable person. He worked for us at Rightway he always had a smile for everyone. He will be missed.

  3. Patrick was my supervisor at work. Someone I saw everyday, doing things for others, and I never once saw him with out a smile, or making someone laugh. He told me a story last week, and I will never forget it. Patrick was kind and funny and very hard working going out of his way for everyone.
