FUNERAL SERVICES: 6:00 p.m. Friday April 19, 2013 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home VISITATION: 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home Paul Anthen Cook passed through the gates of Heaven at 8:14 a.m. Sunday, April 14, 2013, at Riley Children's Hospital. He was born December 9, 2012, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis to Brian "Paul" Cook and Casi Jo (Sanderson) Cook He is survived by two sisters, Rilie Jo Meadows and Paisley Ann T. Cook; grandparents, Richard and Julie Cook, Gary and Wanda Linville, and Sandy Sanderson; great-grandparents, Mary Rexroat, Mary Gwin, Lorraine and Carl Clevinger; aunts and uncles, Andrew Cook, James Cook, Staci Wetter, Jessica Eden, Brandiee Linville, and Ryan Linville; cousins, Maddison Cook, Drake Mars, Quentin Mars, Arianna Eden, and Brooklynn Eden; as well as many great-aunts, great-uncles, and friends who will miss him as well. He was preceded in passing by great-grandfathers, Jim "Rex" Rexroat, Richard Cook, and Jerry Johnson; and a great-great-grandmother, Geraldine Mueller. Paul was a very happy baby who enjoyed laughing at his daddy, laying on his mommy's chest, and talking to his sisters, but his favorite thing was to listen to music and being sung to.

Our great-nephew Paul was only with us for such a short time, but we loved him so much. We were able to see him one last time before his little heart gave its final beat. We are praying for his Momma and Daddy and sisters Ryli and Paisley.
Our deepest condolences go out to Paul and Casi. We are so sorry for your loss.

Paul was a very happy baby, he loved to cuddle up to anybody. We all miss him ever single day. He will be truly missed.
