Peggy Jane Ruse

Peggy Jane (Wilson) Ruse, 71, passed away Wednesday April 28, 2021 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. She was born October 19, 1949 in Edmonton, Kentucky to the late Rollin and Lula (Brown) Wilson. Peggy had worked as a nurse aide for several years in the healthcare field. She is survived by her granddaughters, Katlin Robbins of Madison and Sarah Lanham of Elkhart; brothers, Max (Georgia) Wilson of Columbus and Junior (Carol) Wilson of Stockbridge, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Steven R. Ruse, Sr; daughter, Christyl Denise Johnson; sister, Audrey Blake and brothers, Boyd and Floyd Wilson. A time of gathering for friends and family will be held Saturday May 1, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
