Peggy was currently employed by Wal-Mart. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Lowell General Baptist Church. Mrs. Rogers was born March 11, 1950 in Edmonton, KY, the daughter of Charles M. and Dorothy L. Jessie England. She is survived by her parents of Columbus; a son, Richard Olmstead Jr. of Columbus; daughters, Amy Rockwell, Crystal Moore and Richelle Street, all of Columbus; brothers, Donnie (Ann) England of Florida and Randall W. Jessie of Columbus; sisters, Joyce (Dallas)Spencer and Gail (Marvin ) Root, all of Columbus; grandchildren Chris, Amber and Ridge Pearl, Bobby Hartwell, Michael Moore, Shane and Kayla Heck, Hayley Haste, Kotie Perry and Keaton, Devan and Jada Olmstead; great-grandchildren, Abby and Haven Hartwell. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Wayne England Sr. and a grandmother, Mary L. "Granny" Jessie.
