Phillip Charles Fox, 63, of Grandview Road, died June 3, 2019, at his home. Phillip was born June 10, 1955, in Columbus, the son of Paul Richard and Elnora Pauline Cook Fox. He married Marie Fox October 4, 1975. He retired from Doral after 37 years of service and was an avid Harley rider. A time of visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, June 10, 2019, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Cremation is planned; there will be no service at this time. Memorials may be made to Abate or the Brown County Humane Society. Survivors include his wife, Marie; a brother, Paul Henry (Claudia) Fox; and two nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Kelly Rae Fox.

So sorry to hear of Phil’s passing. Marie and Paul Henry you are in our Prayers. Danny and I will miss Phil and his occasional visits. You all had been wonderful neighbors for over 34 years and very near and dear to our hearts. Marie we have known you and Phil as our friends for close to 40 years and he will be sadly missed. If there is anything we can do for either one of you please don’t hesitate to ask. God Bless and comfort you.
