Phyllis Kathleen Breedlove

Phyllis Kathleen Breedlove, 88, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at her home. She was born December 5, 1935, in Jackson Hill, Indiana, the daughter of Chester A. and Marie I. (Mason) Lawhorn. She married William K. “Bill” Breedlove on October 30, 1955, and he preceded her in death on May 15, 2019.
Phyllis leaves behind her children, Ben Breedlove, Diana Hall, Mary Ellen West, and Patricia Lee. She also leaves behind her brother, Darrell Lawhorn; six grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bill and two brothers, Raymond and Robert Lawhorn.
Phyllis was a long-time member of the Lakeview Church of Christ where a memorial service is being held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024, with Jerry Lancaster officiating the service.
