Manion, 98, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, formerly of Columbus, died at 1:30 a.m. at Signature Healthcare in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Reba was born February 3, 1919, in Bartholomew County, Indiana, the daughter of Roy and Hattie Russell Kyle. She married John O. Manion May 18, 1945, and he preceded her in death August 29, 2015. Survivors include daughters, Linda (Paul) Covell of Rinneyville, Kentucky, and Ellen (Robert) Salmons of Rutherfordton, North Carolina; a sister, Carol (Owen) Wilson of Westport; grandchildren, Bryan Covell and Leann Staley; and great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Staley, Emma Staley, Elsie Covell and Anderson Covell. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents; brothers, Alan Dale Kyle, Maurice Kyle and Forrest Kyle; and sisters, Dorothy Ritchison, Mary Tenney, Margaret Steep, Ruth Whitehorn and Nell Boswell.
