Richard Spall

Richard E. Spall, 78, of Columbus, passed away at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Hickory Creek of Columbus. Richard was born in Farmington, IN to Russell Spall and Pearl Holman Spall on February 21, 1941. He married Marie Collins on September 19, 1964.
Calling hours will be from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
Richard retired from Golden Casting after 41 years of service and he was of Baptist faith.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Riley Hospital for Children.
Survivors include his wife, Marie; daughter, Cindy Lynn Meyer of Columbus; grandchildren, Natasha “Nikki” Jones & Morgan Leann Meyer; great grandchildren, Lalah Leann, Madison Elyse and Jayden Lee; a brother, Jerry Spall of Reddington, IN. Richard is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents.
