Robert “Bobby” Earl Lee. 72, of Columbus, died at 12:52 a.m. February 19, 2025 at Columbus Regional Hospital. Bobby was born May 11, 1952 in Columbus; the son of Robert Lee and June (Boyd) Lee.
Bobby dedicated an impressive 33 years of his professional life to Cummins Inc., He lived in Cape Coral, Florida for several years and cherished the time spent in the comfort of his home, where he found joy and companionship in the presence of his beloved dogs.
In honoring Bobby’s request, cremation was chosen. A private burial will be held at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Survivors include his brother, Brian (April) Lee; sister, Pam Bechelli; sister-in-law, Dawn Lee; nieces, Keiona Lee, Paige Lee, Kim Clason-Lucas, Nikki Whittington, Kendra Janes; and nephew, Stevie Bechelli.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and June Lee; companion, Doug Weaver; and brother, Michael Lee.
Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.

I worked to Bobby at Cummins for many years.We both retried the same day.We kept in touch with each other after he went to Fl.Until after Doug pass away .The last time I talked to him he was in hosipal in Fl.Wish I could have come see him before he pass.HE WAS A GOOD FRIEND.DORIS DAY
