Cockerham, 80, of Collier Street, died at 8:21 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2015, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Ronald was born August 14, 1934 in Seymour, the son of Herschel and Josephine Loudermilk Cockerham. He married Dolores M. Stine in 1956 and moved to Columbus. Ron was retired from Cummins Engine Company. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Ron was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed for his charming wit and ready smile. Survivors include his children, Doug L. Cockerham and Rhonda D. Brown; and his grandchildren, Krissy, Michael and Wyatt Brown, and Karissa and Dawson Cockerham. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores; his parents; a sister, Mary Clark; and a brother, Jim Cockerham.
