Ruby L. Ross July 21, 1924 - June 14, 2010 Ruby L. Ross, 85, of South Drive, died at 12:30 p.m. Monday, June 14, 2010, at Columbus Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Ross was a member of Garden Church of Christ and an active member of the church's Golden Harvesters group. Born in North Vernon July 21, 1924, Mrs. Ross was the daughter of William and Grace Hayden Ahrmann. She married Robert D. Ross June 27, 1947. He precedes her in death. Survivors include a sister, Norma (Norman) Minor of Columbus; and nieces and nephews, Steve Ahrmann of Columbus, Debbie Coy of Columbus, Don Imel of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Mark Imel of Hartsville. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother, Robert L. Ahrmann. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Friday, June 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Virgil Clotfelter officiating. CALLING: Thursday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service Friday.
