Guestbook

  1. She was an amazing nurse and pediatric instructor. I’ve thought of her often through the years. She was my instructor at IVTC in Columbus IN 1979-1980. Rest in peace.

  2. Sam and I was neighbors for many years. She was sweet, loving and very intelligent. She had such a zest for life. She inspired us all to live healthy. I will remember Sam for her kindness and witty humor. May you Rest in Peace dear friend!

  3. Sam was one of the most active members of the Wheelmen – on and off the bike – when I joined in the early 1980’s. Twice we were team partners in the Mayday Medley, and we attended other events together, including the Blue Ash Dash races in Cincinnati and a double century in Illinois. She was always ready for a bike ride. Every community needs people like Sam. She was an exemplar of improving the lives of everyone around her. Sam, I hope the streets in Heaven have bike lanes. Rest in peace.

  4. Sam was a force of nature! I had so many fun bicycle rides with her, and a special bike trip in Michigan’s U.P. Her sense of humor was inspiring. -Ron Adams Columbus, IN
