Tamara S. Stockdale

Tamara Sue Stockdale (Pratt), 59, of Brown/Bartholomew Counties, passed away at 4:01 a.m., Friday, April 11th, 2025, at Columbus Regional Hospital encompassed by her families love. Tamara was born in Fort Wayne, IN on December 15, 1965. She relocated to Brown County, IN, where she married Daniel Lee Stockdale in 1985. Tamara graduated and received her LPN, and spent 16 years doing exactly what she loved, before becoming disabled. Tamara was sentimental, and loved her family. Additionally, she enjoyed horseback riding, cooking, gardening, dancing, being with family, and singing!!! Tamara left behind her husband Daniel Lee Stockdale, her mother Mary (Shutt) Garns, her sister Nicole/Nykki (Pratt) Clark, two children, Christopher J. Stockdale (Kari Gaskins Stockdale), Cierra R. King (Joshua King), eight grand children, Tyler, Leila, Leo, Xavier, Connor, Braydon, Noa, and Aleah, and two nephews Evan J. Clark (Vanessa), and Landon S. Clark. Tamara was preceded in death by her father, Joseph D. Pratt, her step-father, David Garns, and her grandparents. Her passing has left a void that her family, and all who knew and loved her, will never be able to fill. At this time, no arrangements are available to share at this time. A celebration of life will be held in the future.
