Mr. Shepard is survived by his father, Lee Roy Shepard of Indianapolis; a son, Terry Lee Shepard Jr. of Indianapolis; a daughter, Amanda Kay Shepard of Greenwood; sisters, Kathryn Green, Gloria Condon, Teresa Hoevener, Anita Alstott and Vera Carver; and three grandchildren.
