Tony R. Roberts October 10, 1963 - August 07, 2005 Tony R. Roberts, 41, of 24th Street died at 5 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, 2005, at his home. Mr. Roberts was born and raised in Columbus. He formerly worked at Golden Foundry for 17 years and currently worked for ArvinMeritor. He enjoyed car shows, fishing and NASCAR. Born Oct. 10, 1963, Mr. Roberts was the son of Wanda B. Burris Roberts. He married Tracie Miller May 8, 1998. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Danielle, Janelle, Shatawna and Brittany Roberts, all of Columbus; a grandmother, Louann Burris of Columbus; brothers, Keith Roberts of Tennessee and Randall Roberts of Columbus; sisters, Doris Burton, Donetta Koppers, Pam Roberts and Rebecca Roberts, all of Columbus; aunts and uncles, Faye King, Geneva Hadley, Bertha Bailey, Jean Eakle and William Burris; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother; brothers, Kenneth Roberts and Edgar Leo Roberts; uncles, Earl Eakle and Ronnie King; and a grandfather, Finis Spud Burris.
