Tresa J. Moffatt July 08, 1951 - June 09, 2009 Tresa J. Moffatt, 57, of Pearl Street died at 3:44 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at her home. Mrs. Moffatt was a member of Fairlawn Presbyterian Church, the church choir and BSF. She also was a charter member of Y-Med and founder of the Columbus chapter of La Leche League. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going to card club. Born in Louisville, Ky., July 8, 1951, Mrs. Moffatt was the daughter of Ned J. Bradley of Columbus and the late Sue L. Bradley. She married Lawrence E. Moffatt Oct. 18, 1969. Surviving with her father and husband are a son, Bradley J. (Jennifer) Moffatt of Columbus; daughters, Amy D. (Rick) Gilliam and Suzanne R. (Blake) Mayfield, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Kayla and Ty Gilliam and Zarek and Kathryn Moffatt, all of Columbus, and Carson Mayfield of Bargersville; and sisters, Kimberly J. Bradley of Columbus and Allie B. Nixon of Newport Beach, Calif. She was preceded in death by her mother. Funeral Information VISITATION: Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home and also Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at Fairlawn Presbyterian Church. FUNERAL: 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2009 at Fairlawn Presbyterian Church with Jane Newton officiating. BURIAL: Garland Brook Cemetery Donations Information Memorial donations may be made to I.U.
