Those of us who worked at Lincoln with Vicki have VERY fond memories of a woman who had a wonderful sense of humor and who loved working with the kids. The obit in the Republic says she started as a library TA…but we know better. She started working at Lincoln as an LRC TA with her beloved Mr. D. We loved Vicki. She will be missed.
We are so sorry for your great loss of your daughter, Vicki. May our thoughts and prayers be with you.
As a former student at Lincoln, hearing about the loss of Ms. Moffitt deeply saddens me. I am so sorry for the loss of Vicki, and she will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her
We were deeply saddened to hear of the death of our friend and colleague Vicki Moffitt on the 7th of July. We would like to extend our sincerest condolences to her family and friends. We were very fortunate to have worked with Vicki over the many years and we warmly remember her enthusiastic and skillful support to the schools she represented. She was a very kind person who was always willing to give her time and knowledge. We are deeply saddened that we will not have her around us anymore. The Technology Staff-BCSC

Vicki was a wonderful person and will be truly missed by her many friends. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. An Old Lincoln Friend
During my tenure at WDRichards Elem. Sch. I had the pleasure/HONOR to work with Vicki. I fondly called her “Little Miss Moffitt”. I remember her saying that “there is no such thing as can’t or won’t when it comes to acquiring what a child needed”. Providing the best technology support for teachers and students was her passion. Many times she went toe-to-toe with the ‘big boys’ in order to provide the best she could for kids. Vicki and Annie… the dynamic duo! She will be missed and remembered by many.
I’m very sad to learn that Vicki has left us so soon. She was a pretty swell gal, and will be sorely missed.
Paul and Billie, I have been around a lot of years, but I have never been able to imagine what it is like to lose a child, no matter what the age. I also do not have the right words to offer at a time like this so I can only tell you that I am so sorry, and I hope you will rely on your faith as well as your family and friends to help you through the difficult days ahead. Pete

I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with Vicki and always found her witty and intelligent – I will miss her.
My condolences to Vicki’s family and friends. I worked with Vicki for almost four years. She was special person that will sadly be missed.
Vicki was like an aunt to me. I don’t remember a time when she wasn’t in my life. I’ll miss her wit and sense of humor most. One of my favorite memories is when Vicki and my Aunt Darlene visited me in Atlanta during the 1996 Olympics. What a fun time! I can’t think of Vicki without smiling.
You will be missed Greatly, you were a Special Lady, God Bless You
Vicki was a wonderful lady that will be truly missed. She always went above and beyond to help those she worked with. She had an incredible sense of humor and I could always count on her for a good laugh when I was having a bad day! I appreciate having had the opportunity to get to know her over the last several years!
I have many happy memories of working with Vicki. Walking around school buildings with her, sitting in conference meetings and at other get togethers. She made this guacamole dip that was so yummy. I so hate this. We compared our retirement dates many times and I joined with her in anticipating her retirement. I am so sorry for your loss. May God Bless you.
My deepest condolences are with your family. Vicki was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all of us. Our prayers are with you.
