Vickie was born April 6, 1958 in Columbus, Indiana to the late John Richard Palmer and Flossie Arnella (Wells) Palmer. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Lee Jackson and Larry Palmer and 4 sisters, Karen Hazley, Evelyn Jackson, Patsy Jackson and Pattie Reeves. Survivors include her son, Keith (Tracey) Beier of Edinburgh; daughters, Crystal (Scott) Mellinger and Rhonda Davis, both of Seymour; brothers, Duain (Pam) Palmer of North Vernon, Jerry (Marsha) Palmer of Columbus and Fred (Stella) Jackson of Oklahoma; sisters, Nancy Palmer of Scipio, Sadie (David) Cress of Columbus, Trudy (Bill) Zimmerman of Greensburg and Mandy Beier of Hope; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
