Victoria V. Everroad, 100, of Wildwood Lane, died at 2:30 a.m. Monday, July 4, 2011 at her home. Victoria was owner and operator of Columbus Lumber Company and was a homebuilder. She was a member of Saint Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church and Daughters of Isabella. Victoria was active and adventurous. She enjoyed traveling, walking, playing bridge and water aerobics. Victoria was born Sept. 25, 1910 in Jennings County, the daughter of Harrison A. and Gertie Bridges Taulman. She married William S. Everroad July 31, 1930. Survivors include sons, William H. (Joyce) Everroad of Columbus, James M. (Diane) Everroad and Patrick H. (Janice) Everoad; daughters, Jane E. Louden of Columbus, Joyce E. Mead of Columbus; grandchildren, Nancy Nolting, Sherry Dettmer, Cindy Mead, Brenda Everroad, Jody Everroad, Blake Everroad, Lisa Gundaker, Jennifer VanOsdol, Jill Everroad, William Louden, Matthew Louden and Amy Louden; 23 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers, Charles Taulman, Rudith Taulman and Edward Taulman; sisters, Bonnie Osborne and Mary Ruth Behrman. FUNERAL - A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church with Father Clem Davis officiating. CALLING - will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Jewell Rittman Family Funeral home and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. A Rosary service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. BURIAL - will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana
