William "Doug" Webb November 28, 1945 - January 21, 2010 William Doug Webb, 64, of Elizabethtown, died at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Mr. Webb had owned Webbs Automotive since 1972. He loved sports and outdoor activities, was an avid softball player for 18 years and designed and renovated Lincoln Ball Park. He was an environmentalist and a true humanitarian and a member of the American Cancer Societys Relay for Life. Born in Louisville, Ky., Nov. 28, 1945, Mr. Webb was the son of Carl and Marie Webb. He married Deborah Henson May 26, 2001. Survivors include his wife; sons, Hunter Albright of Elizabethtown, Curtis Brewer of North Vernon, Charles Brewer of Columbus, Darrel Brewer of Columbus and Brandon Albright of Columbus; daughters, Rhonda Combs of Sellersburg, Heather Albright of Columbus, Amber Price of Elizabethtown and Steph Albright of Columbus; grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth, Shayley and Dustin Brewer, Samantha McCarter, Sasha O Doyale, Peyton, Tyler and Courtney Combs, Austen and Elijah Price, David Malott and Chance Quillen; a brother, David Webb of Louisville, KY; and sisters, Peggy Mims, Melanie Webb and Laurie Webb, all of Louisville. Funeral Information SERVICES: A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Wallace officiating. VISITATION: 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 2010 and one hour prior to the memorial service Jan. 30. INURNMENT: Donaldson Cemetery.
