  3. So many times, people pass through your life without really getting to know them. Orville was my uncle and through the years, it seems that we only saw each other when the need occurred, especially as we grew up. He and I always has an unspoken admiration for each other, rather good or bad and left the rest to “the way it was”. He was always kind to myself and my children, and I admired him for his love of God. May he rest in peace, and hopefully/maybe one of the bible verses he so frequently spoke of:

John 14:1-4 – “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.” –

Let it be a reminder of what we contribute and not take away. Rest in Peace Uncle Orville.

    Your niece,
    Jo (Baker) Chouinard
