William Stewart "Bill" Tuck, 64, of Two Worlds Drive, died at 7:22 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Bill was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was employed at Cummins Engine Company for 35 years, retiring in 2005.An avid bowler, he attained two perfect 300 games in his career, and also enjoyed playing in softball leagues throughout most of his life. Bill loved fishing, playing cards, NASCAR and vacations, especially going on cruises with his family and friends. Born in Danbury, Conn., Sept. 23, 1947, Mr. Tuck was the son of Robert Hazard Tuck and Lorraine Lathrop Tuck. He married Marquita Montgomery Nov. 14, 1970. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Rachelle (Jerry) Zollman of Scottsburg and Amy (Clinton) Anderson of Columbus; sisters, Donna (Mike) Bechelli of Columbus; and grandchildren, Collin Stewart Zollman, Allison Rana Zollman, William Allen Anderson and Sarah Ann Anderson. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hazard Tuck, and mother, Lorraine Lathrop Tuck Phillips; and a brother, Robert "Bob" Lathrop Tuck. SERVICES: FUNERAL SERVICE: Will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Robert Craig officiating. VISITATION: Will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church. BURIAL: Will be at Reddington Cemetery. MEMORIAL DONATIONS: Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 6100 W. 96th St., Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46278-6005.

  3. Marquita and family, We were so sorry to hear about Bill. We are out of town until next Monday and will be unable to get to the viewing and the funeral. Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. Bill was such a likable person and will be greatly misses, especially around the bowling alley.

  4. Marquita: Sorry for your loss, I just went through the loss of my step-granddaughter who was 18. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. I enjoyed the many visits I had with Bill over coffee and Mcdonalds
