Rev. William W. "Bill" Noble March 20, 1941 - May 25, 2006 The Rev. William W. Bill Noble, 65, of Edinburgh died Thursday, May 25, 2006, at his home. The Rev. Noble was a 1959 graduate of Breathitt County High School in Kentucky, and, after moving to Columbus, worked at Cummins Engine Co. for 33 years before retiring. He was a member and pastor of Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church and was former pastor of Bethel Separate Baptist Church, Hope Independent Baptist Church, Trinity Baptist Church on 16th Street and Union Laymon Separate Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Born in Breathitt County, Ky., March 20, 1941, the Rev. Noble was the son of Fulton and Cora B. Francis Noble. He married Beela Sue McDaniel Dec. 25, 1964. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Teresa (Mike) Brown of Hope and Crystal (Jason) Britton of Mount Auburn; grandchildren, Katie Brown, Tayler Britton, Darren Brown and Dillon Britton; brothers, Ollie Noble of Michigan and Wendell Noble of Kentucky; sisters, Edith Roberts of Michigan, Ruth Strong of Michigan and June Watts of Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Oscar Noble; and sisters, Ella Noble, Marie Brewer and Flora Robinson. Funeral Information VISITATION: Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday May 26, 2006 and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church. Additional calling will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Watts Funeral Home in Jackson, Ky. FUNERAL: The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday May 27, 2006 at Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church, with the Rev. Homer Whited officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday May 28, 2006 at Neddie Strong Cemetery in Whick, Ky. BURIAL: Neddie Strong Cemetery in Whick, Ky.
