25th Street William A. Andy" Wooten, 50, of 25th Street, died at 2:47 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011 at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Survivors include brothers, James Carl Wooten of Columbus, and Mark Allen Wooten of Phoenix Az., a sister, Janet Lynn Wooten of Columbus, and a companion, Kim Houston of Columbus. He was preceded on death by his parents, James Henry and Sharon Lee Smith Wooten. FUNERAL: 1 pm. Monday, August 15, at Jewell-Rittman Funeral Home with the Rev. William Bailey officiating. CALLING: 10 a.m. Monday until service time. BURIAL: Vernon Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society of Hospice of South Central Indiana.
