Zelma L. Jump December 03, 1924 - May 25, 2006 Zelma L. Jump, 81, of Broadmore Drive, died at 11:00 p.m. Thursday, May 25, 2006 at Columbus Regional Hospital. Mrs. Jump was a member of First Baptist Church at Hope. Mrs. Jump was born December 3, 1924, in Grant County, Kentucky, the daughter of Joe and Grace Orsborne. She married Theodore R. Ted Jump on January 16, 1940. Survivors include a son, Rondal W. (Carmelita) Jump of Columbus; a daughter, Carol Shemwell of Florence, Ky.; grandchildren, Sherri (Paul) Henderson and DeAnna (Mike) Stott, both of Columbus, Rebekah (Ryan) Wheat of Louisville, Ky., Sarah (Jay) Meyer of Florence, Ky. and Cindy Nelson and Tammi Traub, both of Tennessee; 15 greatgrandchildren; and six greatgreatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on August 20, 2003; a greatgrandson, Justin OConnell; two brothers; and two sisters. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at JewellRittman Family Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steve Ernest officiating. VISITATION: 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 29, and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services Tuesday. BURIAL: Garland Brook Cemetery.
