Greenwood, IN 46142 MEMORIAL DONATIONS: Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the Alzheimer's Association. Zola Mae Miller, 94, of Chapa Drive, died at 8 p.m. Monday, November 9, 2015, at Silver Oaks Health Campus. Zola was born February 18, 1921, in Columbus, the daughter of Melvin E. and Clara May Elliott Crippen. She married the Rev. Rosell Samuel Miller April 3, 1965. Zola graduated from Columbus High School in 1938 and Vigo County Vocational School of Practical Nursing in 1968. He husband, the Rev. Miller, pastored several churches and Zola played the piano and organ. She was also the pianist at East Columbus United Methodist Church where she was a member. Zola was also a member of Columbus Emmaus Community. Survivors include her stepson, the Rev. James Miller of Indianapolis; a sister, Helen Reed of Columbus; and nieces, Dorothy Brown of Columbus, Mary (Robert) Watson of Granger, Indiana, and Cathy (David) Squires of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin E. and Clara May Elliott Crippen; her husband, the Rev. Rosell Samuel Miller; a stepson, the Rev. Robert Miller; brothers, Oscar and Robert Crippen; and a nephew, Ross Reed.
